Yes. Your domain is registered in your name and you're always the registrant on record. We simply manage the renewal and technical setup for you while you're an active customer.

Both are available. Starter and Business plans use one of our templates, restyled with your colours, photos and content. The Pro plan includes a fully custom design built from scratch around your brand.

Email forwarding sends messages sent to an address like hello@yourdomain.co.uk straight into an inbox you already use (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) — this is included free. A personal mailbox is a full, standalone inbox with its own storage, sending and calendar at your address, which carries a small extra monthly cost per user.

Most template-based sites launch within 6–10 working days of us receiving your content. Custom Pro builds typically take 3–5 weeks depending on scope.

Yes — every plan includes a set number of content update rounds each year (text, photos, prices, opening hours). Need something bigger, like a new page or section? We'll quote it separately.

Yes, on the Pro plan. We'll set up product listings, checkout and card payments, and keep the store hosted and maintained the same way as the rest of the site.

You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We'll give you a full export of your content and, if you'd like to keep the domain, help you transfer it to a registrar of your choice.
